Not the best pictures I've taken by a long shot, but they'll have to do until I can arrange better.

Subaru WRX - a great car
I love cars. I love my wife's WRX. I love my Evo even more (and, for the record, I love my wife even more than that). Here's a quick story.
I took my wife's WRX for an oil change. I found myself sitting in the showroom staring at an STI. I walked over for a closer look. I was being seduced. I didn't mind at all.
Next thing you know, I'm arranging a test drive of an STI. Now I love driving the WRX - I had a blast with it on a few snowy days last winter. In fact, it blew away my enjoyment of the IS300 (RWD) I've owned for the last six years. I just had to go AWD. The STI was an even bigger blast to drive: AWESOME. Now the train had left the station and there was no going back. Next thing you know, next day I'm testing an Evo so I have it all fresh in my mind - even MORE AWESOME. All I can say is that after that I wanted both of them.
Now this is very much like comparing two attractive women. Each has her own unique qualities, and I think it would just be wrong to say one was "better" or "prettier" than the other, and yet I know that I could always say which one I found more attractive to me. The WRX suits my wife perfectly - she loves it. For me, the Evo won the day. I'm just glad the STI is out there and getting better every year, because that makes a better Evo and vice versa.
