Greetings from Toronto!
Hello,
Just picked up our new family vehicle, graphite gray 09 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS.
Looking forward to find best recommendations as for some exterior accessories (hitch, skis & bike rack/fork, etc.)
Cheers,
eFlint

Welcome to NCMC nice to see another Outlander owner!
If you look in the outlander section there's a few post that might interest you if your looking for other accessories!
For hitch I have a Curt Class 3 and with a tongue that clear the tailgate section when it down with the OEM Mitsu wiring harness.

For the Bike and ski rack I have a Thule Roof rack 450 Crossroad foot pack and LB50 Load Bars with two 517 Peloton fork mount track. You can use the 450R Rapid Crossroad | RB53 Rapid Load Bars which is a silver kit that cost more and is not really worth the extra money!

Thanks Roach!
Nice hitch setup... looks like I'm going the same way
As for the bike mount, it has to carry 3 bikes. So, a hitch rack is the way to go, I think.

Just make sure to get a good one ! Thule and Yakima have some model that use a track to secure them like this one http://www.thuleracks.com/product.asp?dept_id=8&sku=916 but with 3 bikes.
