Cracked taillight housing

Post  HavokEX on Fri Jul 30, 2010 8:41 am

Hey guys,

Well as the title says there's a crack(broken corner) on one of my taillight housings, now I've glued the piece that broke off back on, but I was wondering if there's anything I can do to make it look seamless again. The crack is slightly visible, partially because of the glue which i'm going to try and remove with some nail polish remover when i have time.

Any suggestions?

i know that the proper way to seal the tailights is to shove them in an oven. If u search on google u can find some how tos. also cincitydesign.com might have a video about it.

but it depends where the crack is.

The corner part broke off and I've glued it back on.

Basically the part in the red box in this picture.

Not a good a place to crack. Glue will never make it like new again. buy new ones and the return the old ones
