Blue Lancer GTS with Ralliart tail lights.. sp00n?

I seen Blue Lancer GTS with Ralliart tail lights pass by me around 3:30pm yesterday near the mcdonalds by the casino. had a HID kit and new exhaust. The HID's and the tail lights looked wild! made me want them right away.

I knew ive heard about this car before on here, i think its sp00n's?

any other GTS have ralliart tail lights?

Could have been me, but I don't think I went in Hull monday... Maybe on the 50 and des allumetieres... But not on St-Joseph / St-Raymond.

And I only have high beams HIDs
